What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at AICrete, you will play a crucial role in developing the server-side logic of AICreteOS. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop robust backend services using Django and other Python frameworks. You will collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

You will be tasked with ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. This includes implementing security and data protection solutions to safeguard user data. Additionally, you will manage hosting environments, including database administration, and scale applications to support load changes effectively.

Your role will also involve participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. You will contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the business and its users.
