What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Casa, you will lead the architecture and development of backend systems that support our innovative property management platform. You will design and implement APIs that power our iOS applications and other client interfaces, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability to handle a growing number of members and data. You will collaborate closely with our founders and fellow engineers to create thoughtful and groundbreaking products that enhance the homeownership experience.

You will be responsible for staying current with the latest advancements in backend technologies and cloud infrastructure, integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers. You will play a key role in defining the culture of our founding team, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
