Deep knowledge of Python and SQL/NoSQL databases — you understand how to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and reliability. You have experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, which enables you to create efficient and scalable cloud-based solutions.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with product, data, and design teams to own solutions from system design to production deployment. Your ability to mentor peers and drive engineering excellence through code reviews and performance optimization is a key part of your professional identity.

What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at AiDash, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable distributed systems that power our AI-driven platforms. You will build robust backend services and automated data pipelines, ensuring that our solutions deliver actionable insights for business-critical decisions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product, data, and design teams to own solutions end-to-end — from system design to production deployment.

You will leverage your expertise in microservices, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to evolve our architecture as we scale. Beyond coding, you will drive engineering excellence through code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization, while mentoring peers and fostering reusable, reliable system design.
