You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the utilities sector, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to create impactful solutions. Your strategic vision allows you to define and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs. You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your technical acumen helps you understand complex systems and translate them into user-friendly products that drive measurable results. You are passionate about building category-defining products that contribute to sustainability and climate resilience.

What you'll do

As the Head of Product, you will lead the product strategy for AiDASH’s utility-focused solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of customers in electric, gas, water utilities, transportation, and construction. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with various teams to bring innovative products to market. Your role will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling, ensuring that products deliver measurable impact for utilities worldwide. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, continuously iterating on product features to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
