What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of a regional influencer strategy that aligns with Airbnb's global communications goals. You will work closely with local country teams to implement campaigns that highlight the unique benefits of traveling with Airbnb, fostering a deeper connection with local cultures. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing compelling stories that keep Airbnb at the forefront of audience consciousness, inspiring discovery and elevating brand consideration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are integrated and impactful. This includes working with marketing, PR, and community teams to create cohesive messaging that resonates across platforms. You will analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact and engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding local teams to achieve their objectives while maintaining alignment with global priorities.
