Uber is hiring a LatAm Direct Commercial Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle. You'll partner with commercial teams and support day-to-day sales operations in São Paulo. This role requires a strong sales operations background.

Who you are

You have a strong sales operations background and enjoy solving operational challenges while partnering with commercial teams. You thrive in high-impact roles that require hands-on involvement in sales operations and systems. Your experience allows you to drive continuous improvement at scale, ensuring operational efficiency and effective execution across the sales lifecycle.

You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners and have a knack for providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making. Your ability to manage day-to-day sales operations, including opportunity management and pipeline hygiene, sets you apart as a candidate who can contribute significantly to the LatAm Direct organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Head of Global Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations – Direct, and support the LatAm Direct leader and commercial leadership across the region. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations for the Direct Commercial Organization, which includes managing opportunities, ensuring pipeline hygiene, and troubleshooting operational issues. Your contributions will help streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of the commercial team.

You will build reporting and analyses that provide valuable insights into sales operations, helping to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring that the sales team can execute their strategies effectively. You will also contribute to process and tooling improvements that reduce friction for the commercial team, enhancing their ability to meet business objectives.
