What you'll do

In this role, you will lead multi-regional or global initiatives from insight to execution, designing end-to-end user experiences for international products, launches, and campaigns. You will partner with country managers, localization experts, researchers, product specialists, engineers, and data scientists to ensure that the products you design empower both guests and hosts around the world. Your work will involve crafting experiences that foster emotional connections with our community, ensuring that usability and accessibility remain at the forefront of your design process.

You will be responsible for conducting user research to understand the needs and behaviors of diverse user groups, translating those insights into actionable design strategies. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of international expansion. You will also be expected to mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
