You have extensive experience in design, particularly in visual and UX design, and you excel at creating intuitive experiences for users. You are comfortable operating with minimal oversight and proactively identify problems while driving solutions forward. Your background includes working on AI-native experiences, and you bring a strategic mindset to your design work. You are skilled in using design tools such as Figma and Photoshop, and you have a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product, brand, and growth teams to ensure a cohesive design approach. Your ability to influence direction and define standards is complemented by your hands-on approach to design execution. You are passionate about elevating design quality and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every external surface reflects the high standards of Inworld AI.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the visual design and UX across all external surfaces from concept through execution. You will lead the design of intuitive experiences for state-of-the-art generative AI systems, ensuring that user interactions are seamless and engaging. Your responsibilities will include defining design standards, influencing product direction, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to bring your designs to life. You will also mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
You will be involved in the entire design process, from initial ideation to final implementation, ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of every decision. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the design quality at Inworld AI. You will also participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that they meet user needs and expectations.
What we offer
Inworld AI offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $260,000, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits.
