What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance Airbnb's content integrity by developing advanced AI-driven systems that understand and interpret user-generated content at scale. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement machine learning models that proactively identify and mitigate content risks, ensuring a safe and trustworthy platform for hosts and guests alike. You will also be responsible for scaling effective human-in-the-loop workflows, integrating human insights with automated systems to enhance content moderation processes.
