What you'll do
As a Senior Data Scientist on the Delivery Technology Team, you will lead the vision and execution of data-driven models that enhance the delivery experience for both consumers and delivery partners. You will focus on optimizing dispatch processes, improving delivery routing and estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and developing pricing and incentive models for drivers. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of Gopuff's delivery operations, ensuring that customers receive their orders quickly and reliably. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to integrate your models into the Gopuff platform. You will also be responsible for conducting experiments to validate your models and iterating on them based on performance metrics.
