What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Airbnb, you will lead the architectural evolution of the Payments and AirCover systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and ensure that engineering efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to users.

You will be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation.
