Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in driving growth strategies for small businesses. You are data-driven and customer-obsessed, with a knack for identifying user needs and translating them into actionable product improvements. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-informed decisions that enhance user acquisition and onboarding processes.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, data, customer experience, sales, and product marketing teams. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Your experience in managing cross-functional projects equips you to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered products or customer communication platforms is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you optimize product features and drive growth.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will own the strategy for user acquisition and onboarding optimization for small businesses. You will lead initiatives that enhance the self-serve expansion of Aircall's offerings, ensuring that small businesses can scale effectively using our platform. Your role will involve defining the long-term vision for small business growth and collaborating with various teams to implement impactful product improvements.

You will analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, conducting user research to understand pain points and areas for enhancement. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, tracking performance, and iterating on product features based on user feedback and data insights. You will also coordinate with marketing teams to align product features with go-to-market strategies, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
