You are adaptable and enjoy iterating on your ideas through rapid experimentation and A/B testing, always seeking to improve the user journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for member onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sign-up to the first therapy session. You will identify drop-off points in the onboarding process and design interventions to improve activation and early engagement. Your work will involve creating integrated experiences with trusted partners to enhance referrals and reduce barriers to care. You will leverage data to inform your decisions, conducting A/B tests and rapid experiments to iterate on your strategies quickly. Collaboration with engineering and design teams will be crucial as you work to build personalized experiences that adapt to client needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for communicating your findings and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
