What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing highly personalized email campaigns across airSlate's subscription SaaS products. You will manage all aspects of email and omnichannel communications, from transactional emails to large-scale promotional and lifecycle campaigns. Your focus will be on driving meaningful outcomes such as user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, allowing you to refine strategies and improve results.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging. Your role will involve testing different approaches to optimize email performance, including A/B testing subject lines, content, and send times. You will also work with the product team to ensure that email communications effectively support user onboarding and retention efforts.
