Who you are
You have 3-5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and automation strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates through data insights. You possess excellent project management and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, content, growth, and design.
Your experience with tools like Klaviyo and Salesforce showcases your ability to manage automation workflows, dynamic content, and personalized customer journeys. You are well-versed in compliance with U.S. data regulations such as CAN-SPAM and CCPA, ensuring that all email marketing efforts adhere to legal standards. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Chinese or Spanish is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Desirable
A background in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or SaaS is highly desirable, as it aligns with the company's focus on driving growth through email marketing. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and experience with omnichannel tools like SMS and push notifications will set you apart as a candidate. Your passion for data-driven decision-making will be evident in your approach to optimizing email campaigns and driving user engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end email operations, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting. You will build and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies that support key business goals, ensuring that email marketing efforts are aligned with overall company objectives. Your collaboration with product, content, growth, and design teams will be crucial in creating compelling email campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
You will manage automation workflows and dynamic content to create personalized customer journeys that enhance user experience and drive conversions. Monitoring and improving KPIs will be a key responsibility, as you leverage data insights to refine strategies and maximize the effectiveness of email marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will support and enable regional partners across target markets, ensuring that email marketing efforts are tailored to local needs and preferences.
