airSlate is hiring a Principal QA to lead the evolution of their testing framework and drive quality excellence across teams. You'll combine strong technical expertise with a passion for innovation. This position requires significant experience in quality assurance.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in quality assurance, ideally with a background in leading QA teams and developing testing frameworks. Your technical expertise allows you to innovate and improve testing processes, ensuring they are efficient and reliable. You are passionate about quality and understand the importance of delivering high-quality products to users. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality is embedded in every stage of the development process. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall quality of the product. You are also comfortable mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the QA team in evolving the testing framework, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization as it grows. You will drive quality excellence across teams, collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle.
