What you'll do

As the Quality Engineer Manager at FreedomPay, you will lead the quality assurance team in developing and executing testing strategies for the FreedomPay Commerce Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are rigorously tested and meet the company's high standards for performance and security.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define quality metrics and establish best practices for testing and validation. Your role will involve overseeing the development of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance the efficiency of the testing process.

You will also be responsible for analyzing test results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to address any quality issues. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that the quality assurance team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
