Who you are

You have a strong background in compliance management, particularly with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and TISAX. Your experience includes successfully leading compliance programs and managing audits, ensuring that all controls are robust and effective. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of tracking and remediating audit findings within agreed SLAs, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with auditors and cross-functional teams. Your ability to drive training initiatives ensures that all stakeholders understand control requirements, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You are proactive in managing customer trust initiatives, ensuring timely completion of security questionnaires and audits.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and operate compliance programs, ensuring the successful completion and renewal of certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. You will lead and manage internal and external audits from start to finish, engaging directly with auditors and collecting necessary evidence. Your responsibilities will also include tracking, remediating, and validating audit findings, ensuring that there are no findings on SOC 2 and no non-conformities on external audits.

You will drive cross-functional training to improve understanding of compliance requirements, enhancing the implementation of controls across the organization. Additionally, you will manage and scale customer trust initiatives, ensuring that security questionnaires and customer audits are completed in a timely manner. Establishing and maintaining a common control framework will be key to streamlining compliance processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
