What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Point72 Data Compliance team, focusing on providing advisory compliance and legal support for the firm’s research and data initiatives. You will conduct due diligence reviews of potential data providers, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and laws. Your responsibilities will include preparing due diligence memoranda and conducting diligence reviews of automated open source program requests. You will also provide compliance support and monitoring for research-centric discretionary investment and Market Intelligence teams, as well as quantitative investment strategies.

You will negotiate with data and research providers to ensure compliance with usage rights and authorization to sell, license, or share data. Your role is essential to the success of Point72, as you will help establish and enforce compliance policies that support the firm’s investment strategies.
