You have a proven track record in corporate development and investor relations, with at least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role. You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decisions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including investors and executive teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives. You are a collaborative leader who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. You have a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape and can leverage this knowledge to drive growth and innovation within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the corporate development strategy for Airwallex, identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, providing them with insights into the company's performance and strategic direction. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and communicate the company's vision and strategy to stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning and decision-making. You will oversee the preparation of materials for investor meetings and presentations, ensuring that they effectively convey the company's value proposition and growth potential.
