Experience in sell-side equity research or capital markets is a plus — you understand the intricacies of market-facing roles and can leverage your knowledge to enhance the investor relations function. A background in finance or a related field will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the investor relations function at Crusoe — you will manage communications with equity and debt providers, ensuring that all investor reporting and outreach is organized and effective. You will assist in managing the ongoing requirements specific to a newly public company, ensuring compliance and alignment with market data.

You will coordinate and manage logistics for non-deal roadshows (NDRs) — this includes organizing meetings with investors and analysts, preparing materials, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on messaging and objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with sell-side equity research analysts to maintain strong relationships and facilitate information sharing.

You will work closely with the SVP of Strategic Capital and Corporate Development — your insights and contributions will help shape the investor relations strategy and enhance the company's visibility in the investment community. You will also be involved in analyzing market trends and investor feedback to inform strategic decisions.
