Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in analytics and statistical modeling — you've successfully turned complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently, and you are comfortable using machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — you understand the importance of storytelling with data and can translate complex concepts into understandable terms. Your collaborative nature means you thrive in team environments, working closely with engineers and product managers to integrate data solutions into products.
You are driven by curiosity and a desire to learn — you stay updated with the latest trends in data science and analytics, and you are always looking for ways to improve your skills and methodologies. You have a strong problem-solving mindset, which helps you tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark would also be beneficial, as you may work with large-scale data processing in this role.
