You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on growth analytics and user acquisition strategies. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. You are skilled in machine learning techniques and have a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, enabling you to evaluate the impact of various growth initiatives.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. Your collaborative nature makes you a valuable team member, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals. You are driven by curiosity and a desire to solve complex problems, always looking for innovative ways to leverage data for growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead data analysis projects that inform growth strategies for Airwallex. You will design and implement machine learning models to enhance user acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of decision-making.
