Who you are
You have a strong background in growth analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and revenue optimization — you understand how to leverage data to drive business decisions and improve user engagement. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data efficiently, enabling you to derive actionable insights that influence growth strategies.
You are proficient in using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement — your analytical mindset helps you to think critically about data and its implications for the business. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Your experience in managing projects from conception to execution means you are comfortable taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to completion — you have a proven track record of turning data insights into successful growth strategies. You are motivated by results and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of your work contribute to the company's success.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with A/B testing and user acquisition strategies will further enhance your ability to drive growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the growth analytics team at Airwallex, focusing on optimizing the revenue funnel — you will analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance conversion rates. Collaborating with product and marketing teams, you will design and implement experiments to test new growth initiatives and measure their impact.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the data they need to make informed decisions — your ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.
