You have a strong background in product management with a focus on technical programs, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the fintech or payments industry. You possess a deep understanding of product development processes and have successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Core Infra initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features that enhance the Airwallex platform. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include leading sprint planning sessions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives.
You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization. Your role will involve mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the overall product strategy of Airwallex.
