Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally within the technology sector. Your background includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and driving projects from conception to completion. You are a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Your expertise includes working with software development teams, and you have a solid understanding of firmware, mobile, cloud, and data technologies. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. You have a passion for technology and a desire to create customer value through innovative solutions.

You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams located in different geographical areas, including Taipei and San Francisco. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Desirable

Experience in the networking or IoT space is a plus, as is familiarity with product development cycles. You have a track record of successfully launching products and can demonstrate your ability to drive results in a complex environment. A background in hardware and software integration will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at eero, you will lead the Core NPI TPM team, working closely with software teams to develop advanced Ethernet switching and gateway products. You will gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure that projects align with customer needs and company goals. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products that enhance the connected home experience.

You will be responsible for creating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that all teams are aligned on objectives. You will facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any challenges that arise. Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential as you navigate the complexities of product development.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of eero's product offerings, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
