You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the financial technology sector — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. You possess a strong understanding of user needs and market trends, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive product success. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals throughout the product lifecycle. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your work. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, always seeking to turn challenges into opportunities for innovation.
Desirable
Experience with payment systems or spend management solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven product features. You have a track record of using user feedback and market research to refine product offerings and enhance user experiences. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a shared understanding of goals and objectives.
What you'll do
