Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in onboarding or user engagement. You possess a strong understanding of user experience principles and are adept at translating user needs into actionable product features. Your analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user satisfaction and retention.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels helps you advocate for user needs and drive product vision. You are comfortable using AI and other technologies to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the onboarding strategy for Airwallex, focusing on improving user activation and retention. You will conduct user research to identify pain points in the onboarding journey and develop solutions that enhance the overall experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize features and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
You will analyze user data to measure the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives and iterate on strategies based on insights gained. Your responsibilities will also include defining success metrics, conducting A/B testing, and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform future product decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for users across the globe.
