What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at N26, you will be responsible for leading initiatives in the Customer Identity group, focusing on customer onboarding and identity verification — you will support strategic discussions and product designs that enhance the user experience for N26 customers globally. You will create and execute product roadmaps with an outcome-driven mindset, ensuring that product rollouts are delivered successfully by collaborating with local market teams, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering.

You will work closely with stakeholders to support customer onboarding processes, new product launches, and expansion plans — your role will involve running discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities, allowing you to brainstorm solutions that positively impact customer experiences. You will also partner with various areas within the bank to offer advice and support on a large portfolio of new and existing product and market launches.
