What you'll do

As a Pharma MES & MBR Consultant at Aizon, you will provide expert consulting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Your primary responsibility will be to implement Aizon’s EBR software solution, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the platform to enhance their manufacturing operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop strategies that facilitate the successful adoption of the software.

You will leverage your knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and GxP compliance to guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. Your role will involve training client teams on the software, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the user experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine the software based on client needs and industry trends.
