Your expertise in AWS, Java, and JavaScript allows you to evaluate and select platforms that meet client needs effectively. You are proactive in researching best practices and collaborating with both local and global colleagues to shape technical solutions. Your experience includes supporting the design and implementation of both frontend and backend architectures, driving customer experiences that are accessible, performant, and secure.

You are skilled in evaluating existing client architectures and suggesting improvements that align with their goals. Your leadership abilities enable you to recruit and oversee technology development teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation. You have a strong understanding of the technical landscape and are adept at navigating complex project requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What you'll do

As a Technical Architect at AKQA, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading project teams to achieve optimal results. You will work closely with the Technical Director and Delivery Director to define technology requirements and propose solutions that adhere to company best practices. Your role will involve evaluating and selecting platforms that meet client requirements, ensuring that all technical aspects of projects are aligned with their goals.

You will support the design and implementation of frontend and backend architectures, driving customer experiences that are not only functional but also engaging. Your responsibilities will include researching best practices in accessibility, performance, and security, ensuring that all solutions are robust and reliable. You will evaluate existing client architectures, providing recommendations for improvements that enhance their overall effectiveness.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in recruiting and overseeing technology development teams. You will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the success of projects.
