What you'll do

As a Technical Architect at Notion, you will be responsible for the hands-on technical development aspects of customer engagements. This includes understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting the implementation of these solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Sales, to ensure that the solutions you design meet the needs of large-scale enterprise deployments. Your role will involve shaping best practices for supporting complex customer needs and ensuring that Notion's platform is prepared for scale. You will play a crucial role in driving successful customer engagements and will be instrumental in helping Notion achieve its goals in the professional services space.
