You have a strong background in AI and MACH technologies, with experience in leading technical projects from ideation to deployment. Your expertise in production AI implementation is essential, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can drive innovation and technical direction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Business, Project Management, Creative, UX, and Data.
You are comfortable taking ownership of the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that solutions are not only innovative but also practical and scalable. Your experience includes leading architecture discussions and contributing to code during critical phases, showcasing your hands-on approach to technical leadership. You understand the importance of aligning technical strategies with business goals and are adept at engaging with clients to understand their needs.
Desirable
Experience with hybrid development teams and familiarity with global collaboration tools will be beneficial. You are also encouraged to bring your thought leadership to the table, contributing to pre-sales activities and technical strategy discussions.
What you'll do
