You thrive in environments that utilize both agile and traditional methodologies, coordinating the software development lifecycle (SDLC) while managing CI/CD pipelines and overseeing various environments from testing to production. Your analytical skills help you assess development KPIs, ensuring that projects meet their objectives and deliver high-quality results. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at NEORIS, you will design and lead the implementation of solutions based on microservices and microfrontend architectures. You will ensure that these solutions are scalable and available, aligning with corporate standards. Your role will involve defining and proposing strategies for modernizing existing systems, transitioning from monolithic architectures to distributed systems while leveraging cloud technologies. You will lead the integration of web channels and systems through APIs, ESB, and service buses, utilizing protocols such as HTTP, REST, and SOAP.

You will guide the development team technically, ensuring the use of clean architectures and best development practices, including secure coding. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and supervising the software development lifecycle (SDLC) under both agile and traditional methodologies. You will define CI/CD pipelines and manage environments for testing, pre-production, and production, while analyzing development KPIs to ensure project success. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
