What you'll do

As a Software Engineer Intern at Akuna, you will participate in the 10-week Akunacademy summer internship program, where you will gain hands-on experience in software development. You will work closely with the User Interface team to design, build, test, and maintain Windows desktop applications that are critical for market-making operations. Your contributions will directly impact how Akuna interacts with the financial markets, allowing for efficient and effective trading strategies.

You will collaborate with Traders and other Software Engineers to gather requirements and understand the needs of the users. This collaboration will help you design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the trading experience. You will be responsible for implementing features and functionalities that improve the performance and reliability of the applications.

In addition to development tasks, you will also focus on testing and quality assurance.
