What you'll do

As the Lead AI Architect at Aleph, you will own the strategy for our AI-powered products, defining the AI roadmap and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems, from foundational model selection and training to deployment and MLOps pipelines. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into our product offerings.

You will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring that best practices in AI and machine learning are followed. This includes overseeing model training, validation, and deployment, as well as establishing metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable AI strategies.
