What you'll do

As the Lead AI Architect at Aleph, you will own the strategy and execution of our most complex AI-powered products. You will design and architect end-to-end AI systems, from foundational model selection and training to robust deployment and MLOps pipelines. Your role will involve defining the AI roadmap for major products, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, scalable, and impactful.

You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development process, ensuring that best practices in AI and machine learning are followed. You will also be involved in mentoring junior team members, helping them grow their skills and understanding of AI technologies.
