You have 5+ years of experience in full stack engineering, leading teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Spring Boot and modern web technologies like React and TypeScript allows you to design and implement complex features effectively. You understand the importance of security, reliability, and accessibility in banking applications, ensuring that the products you deliver meet the highest standards. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior engineers and fostering a positive developer experience within your squad.

You have a strong background in microservices architecture and are comfortable working with containerized applications. Your experience with Azure platforms, including Azure Container Apps and Azure Static Web Apps, enables you to deploy and manage applications efficiently. You are committed to driving best practices in observability, CI/CD, and performance, ensuring that your team's services are production-ready and scalable.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Allica Bank, you will lead the technical design and delivery of features within your squad. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the products you build are secure, reliable, and user-friendly. Your role will involve hands-on coding, where you will design and implement features using Spring Boot for the backend and React for the frontend.

You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding 1-2 Full Stack Engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. You will conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your leadership will ensure that engineering standards are maintained, and that the developer experience is prioritized.

You will also drive best practices in CI/CD, ensuring that your team's applications are deployed efficiently and reliably. You will work on enhancing observability and performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and success of the products delivered by your squad.
