What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Payment Operations tasks are fulfilled in line with established procedures and quality expectations. You will assist the Payments manager in managing your workload and the team's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include approving and inputting outbound payments, which encompass customer payments, invoice payments, and refunds. You will also oversee the activities of operations assistants, providing guidance and support as needed. Your role will involve building relationships across various departments within the bank, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by Allica Bank.
