What you'll do
As a Payments Operations Specialist at Box, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the new Payment Operations function. You will partner with various teams, including e-commerce and collections, to lift authorization rates and expand payment options. Your role will involve analyzing transaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ultimately aiming to enhance the customer checkout experience.
