AlphaGrep is hiring a Customer Service Manager for their Mutual Fund business in Mumbai. Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer service management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have successfully set up customer service operations in previous roles. Your ability to coordinate with sales and customer service teams allows you to build effective customer interaction processes. You are detail-oriented and can draft and review customer service manuals and investor charters with precision. You actively track and address customer queries, complaints, and grievances, ensuring a high standard of service. You are proactive in seeking feedback from local sales teams to enhance service efficiency and align with industry standards.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall setup and functioning of AMC branches and RTA ISCs, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements. You will oversee the establishment of a call center, including the necessary infrastructure and training for staff. Your role will involve standardizing operations across all points of customer acceptance and coordinating with sales and customer service teams to develop various customer interaction forms. You will draft, document, and review the Customer Service Manual and Investor Charter, ensuring they are up to date and effective. Additionally, you will support the Head of Investor Service in unit review meetings with RTAs and review turnaround times for customer-related processes, striving to exceed industry standards. You will also be responsible for timely reporting of regulatory reports related to investor complaints to AMFI.
