What you'll do
As a Client Services Manager at mthree, you will take ownership of important client relationships in India, particularly in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with key accounts. You will lead account planning, set sales targets, and consistently exceed them, ensuring that your clients receive the highest level of service. You will represent mthree at industry events, driving new opportunities and showcasing the value of our solutions.
You will collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. This will involve managing accounts end-to-end, from designing growth plans to leading escalations when necessary. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that mthree remains a trusted partner for your clients.
