What you'll do

As a Research Compliance Associate, you will report to the Research Compliance Manager and play a crucial role in enabling the safe delivery of research products. Your responsibilities will include reviewing expert profiles and project requirements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will format and proofread written outputs, specifically transcripts, to ensure they adhere to AlphaSights’ compliance policies. Collaborating with the Research team, you will help resolve any compliance flags that arise during the research process. Additionally, you will provide legal and compliance training to the Research team and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed about compliance requirements. You will also draft and maintain compliance policies for our Research services, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the compliance function within the organization.
