What you'll do

As the Associate Manager of Compliance, you will lead the Compliance team within Customer Experience, focusing on developing and delivering best-in-class support across multiple customer segments. You will be responsible for executing compliance controls in alignment with Coinbase’s BSA/AML program, ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement compliance strategies that support the company's mission of increasing economic freedom. You will also participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment, ensuring that compliance remains a top priority across the organization.
