What you'll do
As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier clients. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right experts, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams within AlphaSights to enhance client satisfaction and drive results.
What we offer
At AlphaSights, we provide a supportive environment where you can grow your career. You will enjoy 15 days of annual leave, with an additional day for each year of service up to 20 days. We offer six months of full maternity leave and six weeks of full paternity leave. Our benefits include private medical and dental insurance, an annual health check-up, and a tax-advantaged housing allowance of up to 50% of your monthly base salary. You will work in a state-of-the-art office located in the heart of Hong Kong, with the option to work from home each Friday.
