What you'll do

As a Communications Associate at AlphaSights, you will be responsible for driving the brand forward across 2,000+ global colleagues and 100,000+ candidates annually. You will collaborate with the global senior leadership team to manage the end-to-end delivery of the firm-wide events calendar, ensuring that each event is engaging and reflective of the company's values. You will work with recruiting teams to create multimedia talent marketing collateral that attracts top talent. Additionally, you will develop and execute internal communications to enhance colleague engagement and promote a positive company culture. Your role will involve building the company’s brand through various communication channels and ensuring that all content aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
