What you'll do

You will moderate and engage with social media channels, interacting with customers, media, influencers, and general audiences to enhance community sentiment. Monitoring social performance analytics will be a key responsibility, as you interpret insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Communications team to identify storytelling opportunities and support media outreach, positioning Navan as a leader in the travel management and expense industries. Your role will also involve supporting the creation of written content that aligns with the overall communications strategy.
