You are a proactive individual eager to kickstart your career in HR. You possess a friendly personality and can work effectively both as part of a team and independently. You are reliable and enthusiastic, ready to support the administration of HR services and engage in various HR projects across EMEA operations. You are excited about gaining exposure to all stages of the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire engagement and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. You are looking for an incredible learning opportunity in a dynamic HR environment.
What you'll do
As an HR Coordinator at AlphaSights, you will support the generalist HR function and assist in the administration of HR services. You will have the opportunity to get involved in various HR projects across our EMEA operations, including locations such as London, Hamburg, Portugal, and Dubai. Your role will involve mastering the processes and administrative aspects of HR, laying a strong foundation for your career. You will engage in pre-hire activities, onboarding new employees, and supporting performance management processes. As you progress, you will have the chance to take ownership of specific operational parts of the talent side of the business, helping to build excellent processes and supporting regional leadership in creating and enforcing HR policies and decisions. You will also begin to support the employee relations side of the HR function, preparing for future leadership and mentorship opportunities.

AlphaSights provides a structured training program for new HR Coordinators, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to succeed in your role. You will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, along with a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.
