Experience with identity and access management tools like Okta is a plus, as well as familiarity with collaboration suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. You have a keen interest in technology and are eager to develop your skills in IT support and infrastructure management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support via the service desk and other support channels. You will log, categorize, prioritize, resolve, or escalate issues while providing clear ticket notes and timely updates to users. Your primary focus will be on first-line end-user support across various devices, applications, access, and connectivity. You will assist with sign-in issues, multi-factor authentication re-registration, and basic single sign-on troubleshooting using Okta. Additionally, you will perform email troubleshooting and password resets within Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth IT experience for your colleagues.
You will also support office infrastructure, including AV/meeting rooms, asset management, and new technology rollouts. As part of a fast-growing team, you will receive hands-on training and structured development to build your breadth and depth in IT support quickly. You will have opportunities to advance into roles such as IT Engineer or Senior IT Engineer, or specialize in areas like cybersecurity or network administration.
