You have a proven track record of ensuring product quality and user experience in a digital business environment. Your proactive and creative mindset allows you to continuously improve your work while supporting the success of your team. You possess excellent collaboration skills, working effectively alongside Software Engineering and Product Management teams to drive testing strategies.

You have hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated test plans, suites, and frameworks across multiple projects. Your expertise spans frontend, backend, and APIs, ensuring that applications are reliable and scalable. You are also skilled in mentoring QA team members, guiding them through their transition to Test Engineering, and defining best practices for testing and quality assurance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of automated testing solutions that scale across AlphaSights' platform. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans and frameworks that ensure the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will be crucial in setting technical standards and driving the Test Engineering strategies within the team. You will collaborate closely with teams based in London and Portugal, as well as other offices across EMEA, the US, and Asia, to deliver seamless user experiences through robust test automation.

You will maintain a positive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges and delivering high-quality results. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and methodologies in test engineering. You will also have the opportunity to influence the testing culture within the organization, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
